SRX9635674: High depth Illumina sequencing of Dtei GT53w
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2500) run: 24.8M spots, 10.7G bases, 5.7Gb downloads

Design: Illumina TruSeq-style library prepared according to Andolfatto lab protocols by Julie Z. Peng alongside 7 other isofemale lines of Dtei and 32 synthetic diploid females (8 Dtei, 16 Dsan, 8 Dyak). D. teissieri GT53w was inbred for 14 generations prior to library preparation, then checked for homozygosity by low-pass sequencing against the D. yakuba FlyBase reference (release 1.04) alongside 7 other isofemale Dtei lines. GT53w was selected for higher depth sequencing as the reference line. All sequencing runs were performed on the Illumina HiSeq 2500 at Princeton University's sequencing core facility.

Study: Drosophila teissieri strain:GT53w Genome sequencing and assembly
show Abstracthide Abstract
Drosophila teissieri de novo genome assembly using 15-50kb size-selected PacBio long reads. Libraries were prepared from high molecular weight DNA extracted from pooled virgin females of GT53w, and size-selected pre- and post-library preparation.
Sample: Drosophila teissieri GT53w
